Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR) provides fully integrated Program Management/Owners Representation and Real Estate Services exclusively to corporations and institutional organizations, specifically publicly funded programs.Your role.Your work will include, but not be limited to:* Procure services for construction and supplemental vendors required for complete project execution.* Coordinate and monitor vendor activities for compliance to contractual responsibilities.* Coordinate client engagement within overall program, facilitate the decision making process.* Monitor budget, schedule and project risk items; facilitate issue resolution* Ensure implementation and compliance of P&M and PMR policies and procedures on projects* Effectively interact and communicate with all levels of management and support staffThe qualifications. * Engineering Degree, Architecture Degree or Construction Management Degree from an accredited college or university* 4-8 years building, design and construction experience in the following areas: project management, architecture/planning, engineering, or construction field* Experience working for an Owner’s Facility Team or as a consultant is preferred* Construction cost estimating experience is desirable* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and/or Primavera Scheduling Software; Familiarity with BIM* Qualified individuals must either reside in or near Metro Detroit or be willing to relocate for this opportunity* Frequent travel throughout the region, with approximately 20% overnight travelWhat makes us different?On the surface, we’re one of the nation’s largest audit, tax, consulting, and wealth management firms.
