HVAC Senior Estimator

We are a large growing HVAC/Plumbing contractor in Massachusetts that works on many of Massachusetts's biggest and best HVAC/Plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits. We are planning to hire Massachusetts's best and brightest HVAC/Plumbing Senior Estimators in the near future. Responsibilities: Read AutoCAD Drawings. Look for value engineering opportunities. Estimating projects and major buyout of projects. Visit with clients, general contractors and engineers. Identify and communicate conflicts and errors in estimates. Develop effective, profitable winning bids for upcoming projects. Coordinate manpower and provide schedules, and train junior estimators. Build Conceptual Estimates, and review with Sub-contractor the estimates and quotes. Requirements Local 5+ years of experience in HVAC and Plumbing Estimating. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction or similar preferred. Knowledge in: State HVAC and Plumbing Codes, Quickpen/Accubid, BlueBeam, and Microsoft Excel. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC
