Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Description We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. This role provides physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Provide quality physical therapy services by implementing the treatment plan established by the patient’s physical therapist. Produce accurate, relevant, and timely documentation based on the prescribed course of treatment. Communicate patient treatment progression, changes, and recommended medical follow‑up to team members as appropriate. Educate and counsel patients on treatment-related issues, goals, safety risks, and other scope‑of‑practice matters. Participate in team reassessments and discharge planning. Perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications AA or higher degree as Physical Therapist Assistant from an institution accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education.
