Provider Recruiter

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Provider Recruiter will lead clinical provider network recruitment, onboarding, and expansion activities to ensure access to a high-quality mental health provider network. Key responsibilities Identify, recruit, and contract with mental health providers to meet network needs Facilitate the onboarding and contracting process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Maintain accurate records of outreach, contracts, and onboarding milestones while collaborating with cross-functional teams Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, or a related field strongly preferred Proven experience in provider recruitment or a related field Knowledge of healthcare regulations and provider network requirements Proficiency in contract negotiation and compliance Previous full cycle recruiting experience
