Position SummaryThe Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas of the country club. This role supports the culinary and service teams by ensuring all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and available for use at all times. The Dishwasher plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient kitchen environment in a high-service, members-focused setting.Key ResponsibilitiesWash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen toolsOperate and maintain dishwashing machines in accordance with health department standardsManually wash oversized items and delicate kitchen equipment as neededAssist with basic kitchen cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removalKeep dish area clean, organized, and free of hazardsRegularly clean floors, drains, sinks, and dish stationsSafely handle cleaning chemicals and follow all safety proceduresSupport kitchen staff with restocking and organization as neededMaintain a sense of urgency during peak meal service timesBreak down and clean kitchen equipment at the end of service shiftsAssist with banquet and event cleanup when required #J-18808-Ljbffr
