Weekend Nurse Supervisor

Weekend Nurse Supervisor (Part‑time) Join our team at Lincolnwood Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Part‑time: every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) from 7:00 am–7:00 pm. Hourly rate: $38.00–$50.00 per hour. Responsibilities Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN license in Rhode Island. Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting. No previous supervisor experience required; training will be provided. Effective communication skills and professionalism; ability to manage interactions with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the public tactfully. Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, and of all laws, regulations, and guidelines that apply to nursing care. Qualifications Primary series COVID‑19 vaccine required. Current, unencumbered RN license in Rhode Island. Valid BLS Certification (CPR). Ability to care for multiple patients simultaneously. Benefits Tuition reimbursement. Employee referral bonus.
