Strong Agile Leads with Java Development background
For the Agile lead roles for eBay, we need to get some good TPMs who have done hands on Java development in the past. I met with the client this evening and they are looking at the “Agile lead” as someone who can lead the teams from the front by bringing the onshore and offshore teams together and also coordinate with eBay teams to get the product delivered.
