This job description serves as an overview and highlights key points focused on the expectations of the position of Front Desk Agent. This job description is developed with the understanding that other requirements may be necessary to fully handle a situation in the position. It is also professionally understood that any other tasks that are assigned are expected to be handled, once understood and agreed upon. This position is reported directly to the Lodging Manager and General Manager. Educational background: Trainable Position. Reception experience preferred. Job Requirements: All employees are subject to a background check and hiring is based on the result of the report.
