Customer Service Representative

Full job description Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person Provide information about bank products and services Assist customers with account opening, closing, and maintenance Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Adhere to bank policies and procedures Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience preferred Knowledge of bank documents used in opening new accounts Working knowledge of bank consumer products and services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Moderate computer skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Penn Mutual Life Insurance
