Compensation

• Company-paid fuel, maintenance, insurance, tolls, compliance costs, and DOT renewals
• Reimbursement for meals, showers, and parking
• Guaranteed annual earnings of $58,000 - $61,000 DOE

What Does Driving for CLOKE look like?

Equipment and Route Details

• Consistent Oklahoma/Texas to Virginia lanes with regular freight and predictable routing.
• 2,100-2,600 miles per week for OTR, consistent year-round freight.
• Equipment –
  • Our fleet consists primarily of 2021 and newer tractors and is maintained by an in-house maintenance team committed to safety and reliability.
  • Assigned trucks for consistency and driver comfort.
  • Automatic tractors.
  • APUs equipped on newer truck models.
  • Refrigerators included in 2026 sleeper tractors and newer
  • Trucks governed at 75 mph.

Freight details

Driver-assist unloading required at company delivery locations; no unloading required on third-party transportation loads.

• Driver-assist unloading primarily utilizing pallet jacks and forklifts. No hand-unloading of loose freight.
• Liftgate deliveries for local and regional, not for OTR
• Drop and Hook on backhauls
• Occasional live unload
• 1-3 average stops per routes

What are the responsibilities for a CLOKE driver?

• Complete daily trip log via ELD software and submit reports of mileage covered at the end of day.
• Observe and report equipment or mechanical failures immediately.
• Manage routes and routines so they proceed in the most efficient way possible.
• Find ways to conserve resources, including fuel, to benefit the business.
• Serve as an ambassador in every interaction with CLOKE customers.
• Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle at the end of the shift and report any problems or damage to management.
• Comply with all DOT and CLOKE rules and regulations -including all paperwork and documentation.
• Safely transport freight, tractors, trailers, and company assets in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Assist in loading and unloading products.
• Other duties as assigned.

What are the requirements:

• 1-year OTR driving required
• Valid Class A CDL – No endorsements required
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a post-offer, physical job duty test through WorkSTEPS, DOT Physical, MVR, Drug test, and background check.
