What You'll Do

Lead daily Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations
Develop, coach, and inspire high-performing teams
Drive guest satisfaction, food quality, and operational excellence
Manage P&L, labor, food cost, inventory, and financial performance
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
Complete a comprehensive management training program before assuming full General Manager responsibilities

Qualifications

Current Manager or promotable Assistant General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
Proven success leading both FOH and BOH operations
Hands-on, lead-by-example leadership style
Strong financial and operational management skills
Passion for training and developing future leaders
Knowledge of scratch kitchen operations, food safety, and ServSafe standards
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Valid driver's license
