We value our families and community: Flexible Schedule Paid time off Hardship Program-program tosupport staffduring challenging times Patriot Cares-nonprofit forcommunityoutreach How we support you professionally: This position is paid at a competitive salary with the opportunity to earn extra money by picking up visits at our per diem rate Mileage reimbursement for any company travel Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance/Supplemental insurance(beginsimmediatelyupon hire) Company 401K with4%company matching The responsibilities of our Nurses include: Assist the RN in carrying out the plan of care Assist the RN in performing specialized procedures as directed by the RN under physician's orders Assist with the preparation, implementation, and continuing evaluation of the patient care plan Help teach the patient appropriate self-care techniques Prepare clinical progress notes Assist with the rehabilitation of patients according to the medical care plan All other duties as assigned Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing Must be licensed in the State of Ohio as a LPN One or more years in home health experience is preferred Must have a criminal background check Must have a current CPR (BLS) certification Job Conditions: Valid driver's licenserequired Ability to access patients' homes, which may not be wheelchair accessible.
