Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Rapid Response to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care and rapid response duties as needed.
• Administer medications and perform patient assessments.
• Assist with Arterial line, Central line, and Epidural placements.
• Transport patients to the operating room and assist with induction/intubation, positioning, and skin preparation.
• Utilize GE Carescape Monitoring and Fuji ultrasound equipment effectively.
• Practice excellent communication and documentation within the Cerner system.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong critical thinking and independent decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with BCMA and excellent documentation practices.
• Experience in critical care and preoperative settings is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform large-bore IV starts and skin assessments independently.
• Flexible with scheduling requirements including late shifts 1-2 times per week.
