Social Worker (Clinical)

Duties
Provide individual and group clinical counseling services.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case.
Provide emergency on-call crisis management services for adult behavioral health cases.
Conduct case management services to effectively manage patients enrolled in behavioral intensive outpatient behavioral programs and prevent crises.
Evaluate results of counseling methods to determine effectiveness of treatment used.
