Job Description & Requirements ENT Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $585000.00 - $585000.00 Join an established otolaryngology practice in a thriving regional medical hub serving a broad multi-state catchment area. This opportunity offers autonomy, the support of a dedicated clinical team, specialized ENT resources, consistent referral patterns, and strong surgical volume. •\\u0009Established ENT practice with a dedicated clinical wing, specialized equipment, onsite lab, onsite X-ray, and EPIC EMR. •\\u0009$585,000 base salary with 4 tier wRVU production model •\\u0009$56,000 sign-on bonus and $100,000 retention bonus •\\u0009Minimum of 188 days of work annually •\\u0009Strong internal referral base from local primary care and pediatric providers across a large regional service area. •\\u0009Balanced practice mix with approximately 65–70% adult patients and 30–35% pediatric patients. •\\u0009Schedule includes 4.5 days per week, with three clinic days and two surgical days supported by dedicated OR block time. Minimal call responsibilities. •\\u0009Comprehensive ENT scope, including general otolaryngology, allergy testing, hearing evaluation, endoscopic procedures, sinus and thyroid surgery, facial reconstruction, and related surgical services. •\\u0009Comprehensive benefits including relocation support, CME allowance, retirement contributions, and resident stipend availability.
