Medical Laboratory Technician / Medical Technologist – Full Time\n

Franklin, TN

We are seeking MLTs and Medical Technologists for a night shift opportunity in a hospital laboratory setting.

Schedule:

\n
• 3rd shift (Monday–Friday: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
\n
• Must be able to work this exact schedule
\n

Responsibilities:

\n
• Perform routine and high-complexity laboratory testing
\n
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with lab standards
\n
• Maintain laboratory instrumentation and documentation
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Associate’s Degree (MLT) or Bachelor’s Degree (MT)
\n
• ASCP certification preferred
\n
• Prior clinical lab experience required
\n
