What you'll do Structure and execute domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, and private equity transactions Advise on fund formation, capital markets offerings, and financial products Tackle restructurings, spin-offs, and the thorniest structuring questions that come with them Partner with clients and colleagues across a fully integrated global platform What we're looking for Admission to the California Bar (required) 2+ years of substantive M&A / transactional tax experience Sharp technical instincts, commercial judgment, and the drive to own hard problems Someone who wants their work to matter on deals that make headlines LLM preferred Compensation $250,000 to $435,000.
