Personal Care Home Care Aide

Join Addus Family company as a Home Care Aide supporting elderly, chronically ill, and disabled clients in their homes. In this mission-driven, patient-focused role, you’ll provide personal care, assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, prepare simple meals, and complete light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment. You’ll follow individualized care plans, observe and report changes in condition, and offer companionship with compassion and respect. Addus provides training, strong compliance and quality standards, and clear career paths within a growing national home care organization.
