Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a Long Term Care (LTC) facility. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, support residents' daily health needs, and ensure compliance with clinical standards. Key Responsibilities
Deliver direct patient care in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and document changes accurately
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
Maintain accurate and timely medical records

Shift Length: 12 Hours
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Requirements
Active RN license (Oregon or Compact)
Minimum 1-2 years of LTC experience preferred
BLS certification required
