Information about Agilent is available at **Data & Connectivity Product Owner (m/f/d)** is responsible for defining, refining, and driving the delivery of software solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives.This role bridges business strategy and engineering execution by translating requirements into actionable development work and ensuring high-quality product delivery. Within the Data Fabric & Connectivity function there will be a range of service and capabilities being focused on including API gateway - internal and external, data management - File Management, Structured data and Data Transformation services.**Key Responsibilities:*** Define and refine product requirements aligned with business and customer needs, translating high-level strategy into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Act as the primary interface between stakeholders and development teams* Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring regular grooming, clear prioritization based on business value, and alignment across teams* Support end-to-end delivery by defining acceptance criteria, participating in sprint planning and execution, tracking progress, ensuring feature quality, and resolving technical dependencies and questions* Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering/R&D, Sales, Field Teams, and Application Engineers to align deliverables with broader platform and portfolio strategy* Represent customer workflows and real-world use cases, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and compliant with regulatory requirements where applicable* Drive continuous improvement by identifying product gaps, contributing to testing and validation (e.g., fit-for-use), and enhancing Agile delivery processes* May also develop and deliver technical training for support teams, including Field Service and Remote Support Engineers## ## **Qualifications****Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in science-related field, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline* 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent role* Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies* Fluent in both written and spoken English* Experience with cloud and SaaS-based software products* Proven ability in user story development and backlog management* CDS, SDMS, LIMS, and ELN experience a plus* Familiarity with UI/UX design principles* Understanding of technical software architectures (preferred for technical Product Owner roles)**Why Join Us?*** Full-time position with competitive salary and bonus eligibility, plus participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan and Private Health Insurance* Be part of a global leader in analytical instrumentation* Join a collaborative, forward-thinking work culture* Enjoy exciting opportunities for career growth and development**Additional Details**This job has a full time weekly schedule.
