Job Title

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

Obtains supplies and equipment for each bar and places liquors, fruits, glasses, linen or silverware in their respective places.

Slices and pits fruit and fills ice bins with cubed or crushed ice from the ice machine in the kitchen area.

Washes and dries beverage glasses for the bartender and carries away all the debris accumulated at the bar, tables or counter areas.

Replaces beverage inventory as needed. Wipes counter areas, bar and tables and empties and wipes ash trays guests may be using. Assists bartenders in setting up service bars and portable bars.

Maintains all aspects of the Beverage Control System, including daily mechanical maintenance.

Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines and as outlined in PRIDE certification.

Position is located in a cigarette-smoke environment.

What You Will Need

Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate license through the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

Must be neat in appearance. Experience as bus person preferred.

Is able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time. Is fluent on Microsoft Office software products, and is viewed as an outstanding team player.

Is able to work in smoke filled environment, and is able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time.
