We're seeking a full-time Hospital Admissions Representative for our Surgery & Pain areas to work Mondays-Fridays from 5am-2pm.
Our Admissions Reps use whiteboard/dashboard/ER Express and or phone for notification of patient arrival/status.
Responsibilities include:
- Opening and closing duties
- Greeting and registering patients
- Pre-registration
- Scheduling appointments
- Insurance Verifications
- Collecting and posting copays and deductibles
- Tracking visits and authorizations
- Preparing admissions paperwork
- Admitting patients
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical Field: 1 year (Preferred)
- Excellent Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
