Investorlift is looking for top 1% sales closers to join our Deal Desk team in West Palm Beach, FL.

• We don't care where you went to school.

This is a performance-driven sales role with a base salary plus uncapped commission .

You'll get the opportunity to learn from experienced operators, develop elite sales and negotiation skills, and work directly on real estate transactions every single day.

You'll Be Selling Real Estate

This isn't a typical sales job.

You'll be working with real investment properties every day , marketing properties to investors, negotiating offers, creating buyer competition, and getting deals sold.

You don't need to know real estate when you start. We'll teach you.

You'll learn how professional real estate investors:

• Evaluate investment properties
• Understand local real estate markets
• Determine what properties are worth
• Market properties to investors
• Negotiate real estate transactions
• Build relationships with active buyers
• Create competition and maximize sale prices
• Move transactions from opportunity to closing

You'll develop serious sales skills while learning the real estate investment business from the inside.

What You'll Do

• Sell real estate investment properties to active investors and buyers
• Talk to buyers and decision makers every day
• Create demand and competition around active properties
• Negotiate offers and pricing
• Handle objections and close deals
• Follow up relentlessly and keep opportunities moving
• Manage multiple active properties at the same time
• Maintain an organized pipeline and accurate CRM activity
• Work with our team to get transactions across the finish line
