Schedule
Full-time, 40+ hours per week. Schedule is flexible, but candidates must be available to work a half-day on Saturdays.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and greet customers
• Answer questions in person, by phone, and by email
• Recommend products and guide customers on spec items
• Process sales and special orders
• Handle payments and operate the cash register and internal inventory system
• Check inventory and request transfers from our second location when needed
• Update customers on order status
• Organize inventory and restock shelves

What We're Looking For

• Previous retail or inside sales experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills and comfort working one-on-one with customers
• Energetic, personable, and reliable
• Solid computer skills and ability to learn internal systems
• Professional communication skills by phone, email, and in person
