What You'll Be Doing

Build and maintain relationships with:

• General Contractors
• Plant Managers
• Facility Managers
• Maintenance Teams
• Industrial Decision Makers

Generate and develop new business opportunities throughout the Midwest

Grow existing accounts while expanding company footprint

Work closely with operations and estimating teams

Represent the company professionally within industrial markets

What We're Looking For

Background in industrial sales, business development, account management, or industrial services

Existing relationships within industrial, manufacturing, ethanol, cold storage, or facilities environments

Knowledge of industrial services such as:

• Coatings
• Scaffolding
• Insulation
• Industrial Maintenance
• Specialty Construction

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, growth-minded, and driven to succeed
