Information Technology Support Technician

Job Title: IT Support Technician III

Location: Englewood, CO

Pay: $41-43/hr

Start: Nov 2026

As an IT Support Technician III, you will be using your skills and expertise to provide computer, hardware, and software support to our employees. Assist with supporting executives during high-level meetings, and presentations and ensuring devices, connectivity, and collaboration tools function seamlessly. You'll be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing desktop/laptop computers and our network equipment, providing personal computer, hardware, and software support and installing attendant software. You'll investigate information, network, and communications needs of our employees and make recommendations regarding software and hardware purchases to meet those needs.

Physical/Mental/Emotional Requirements:

• Frequently walk, sit, stand, climb stairs and steps.

• Frequently repeat same hand, arm, and finger motion many times to include finger and hand dexterity.

• Frequently requires vision abilities to include close, distance, depth perception, and telling the difference between colors.

• Frequently requires hearing abilities to include discerning different tones and volumes.

• Occasionally lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs.

• Demonstrate strong executive presence with the ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with senior leaders.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with end users

• Drive to maintain current knowledge of industry trends and potential impact on the business

• Demonstrate a customer care philosophy that ensures a high level of customer satisfaction

• Ability to understand user and business needs and translate to technical solutions

• Ability to manage small IT projects

• In-depth knowledge of current IT technical standards as related to computers, printers, network technology, drivers, software troubleshooting, VPN technologies and RSA and Video Teleconference (VTC) and other related peripherals

• Comprehensive troubleshooting skills of industry standard hardware and software products/services

• Maintain a professional presence, customer‑service mindset, and ability to work independently

Education Must-haves:

• Associate's Degree in a related field of study with 4 or more years of relevant experience

• Higher education may substitute for relevant experience

• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
