About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Product to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full product lifecycle of a flagship enterprise SaaS platform, from defining the strategic vision to ensuring market adoption. This includes leading a team of product managers, a product designer, and a business insight analyst, and working closely with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver business outcomes. The Head of Product will also be tasked with identifying new product opportunities, particularly in the areas of UX, automation, and AI-driven enhancements, and will be expected to have a strong background in enterprise B2B SaaS, with a focus on new capability development and platform optimization. Applicants for the Head of Product position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in product management or leadership within a SaaS or enterprise software environment, with at least 3-5 years in a team leadership role. A proven track record of owning and executing a full product roadmap, a data-driven approach to prioritization, and a deep understanding of agile product development methodologies are essential. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The Head of Product will be expected to define and track product performance metrics, engage with customers to understand their needs, and lead the commercialization of new capabilities.
