Job Description & Requirements Location: Harrison City, Pennsylvania Specialty: Hospice Discipline: RN Employment Type: Staff Duration: Ongoing Hours: 40 per week, 8-hour shift, after hours Compensation: $20,000 total bonus potential ($10,000 first-year success bonus + $10,000 sign‑on bonus) What You’ll Do Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Respond to after‑hours and on‑call patient needs by performing urgent assessments, managing symptoms and pain, and providing compassionate end‑of‑life support in real time. Support and guide patients and families during evenings, nights, weekends, and crisis situations, ensuring they feel informed, reassured, and cared for throughout the hospice journey. Apply strong clinical judgment and critical thinking to coordinate care needs, respond to changing patient conditions, and maintain accurate, timely, and compliant EMR documentation. Two years of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care; hospice experience preferred.
