ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Insurance Producer for Jessica Haukedahl State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

**Must be able to pass Property & Casualty insurance license exams before start date and pass Life & Health within one month of start date

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
• Weekly/monthly goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations

This position offers a modest base salary with a strong commission structure and significant earning protentional. It is best suited for someone who is motivated by performance and excited by the opportunity to directly impact their income through individual sales success. Agents who meet minimum goals make $50,000 per year. If you are motivated to control your income, the commissions are uncapped

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
