Your responsibilities will include:Customer Engagement: Greet and engage with customers, assisting them in finding the perfect outfit or accessory and providing personalized styling recommendations. Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere for all shoppers.Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including the latest fashion trends, designers, and unique pieces in the boutique. Stay updated with the ever-evolving fashion industry to offer expert advice and make informed suggestions to customers.Sales and Conversion: Demonstrate exceptional sales skills by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and effectively promoting merchandise to drive sales. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while ensuring a seamless checkout process.Visual Merchandising: Assist Visual Merchandiser in maintaining an attractive and visually appealing boutique environment. Participate in visual merchandising activities, such as arranging displays, organizing inventory, and ensuring products are well-presented and accessible.Clienteling: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, building a loyal client base through personalized follow-ups, styling tips, and special promotions.
