- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide individual and group therapy sessions, aligning your approach with established treatment plans to ensure target goals are met. \n
- Develop tailored psychotherapy plans that include specific, measurable objectives aimed at promoting positive client outcomes. \n
- Collaborate actively as a vital member of the treatment team, offering consultative services to colleagues when necessary, enhancing interdisciplinary care. \n
- Ensure all required documentation, including session notes and treatment updates, is completed accurately and promptly according to professional and licensing standards. \n
- Act as a liaison between Clear Balance Psychiatry Clinic and other mental health and substance use treatment professionals, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration. \n
- Abide by relevant legal and company protocols when responding to record subpoenas or court-related appearances, safeguarding client confidentiality and ethical standards. \n
- Maintaining regular attendance is an essential function of this position, underscoring the value of reliability and commitment to client care. \n
- Perform any additional job-related duties as assigned to meet the evolving needs of the clinic and our clients. \n
You will be working predominantly with adults and adolescents dealing with challenges linked to substance use, mental health disorders, and co-occurring conditions. - Current, valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in California. \n
