ICU Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. This position offers a night shift schedule with 3 consecutive 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, including a holiday rotation.Responsibilities:Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4Provide high-quality care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Step Down settingsParticipate in weekend rotations, requiring availability every other weekendFloat between units as needed to meet facility requirementsRequirements:Minimum of 2 years of ICU or Step Down nursing experienceCurrent and valid South Carolina license or Compact licenseACLS and BLS certifications are mandatoryNIHSS certification is preferredAdditional Information:Open to accommodating block schedules upon request, but not guaranteedLocal nurses outside a 60-mile radius are not acceptedAll requests for time off must be submitted at the time of application and will be approved based on facility needsGuarantee of hours includes the possibility of being called off for 1 shift every 2 weeksHospital Highlights:Type of Facility: Acute CareTotal Staffed Beds: 12Scrub Color: Royal blueCharting System: EpicParking: Free parking availableImportant Note: During hurricane season (June to November), all employees may be required to participate in emergency response teams.
