What We're Looking For

• Five-plus years of sous chef or lead line experience
• Proven track record in fast casual or high-volume restaurants
• Strong leadership skills and ability to coach under pressure
• ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification
• Deep knowledge of recipe execution and culinary fundamentals
