Nursing Assistant

Overview Base pay range $38,000.00/yr - $44,000.00/yr. Hiring for all positions full-time, part-time and PRN days and nights available. 8 or 12 hour shifts available. Hourly rate range $17.25 - $20.25 / hour. Excellent PRN rates. Compensation will be determined based on years of experience and applicable certifications. Utilize available technology and collaborate with the care team to achieve patient rehabilitation goals. Qualifications CPR certification required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Machines, Equipment, and Physical Requirements General office equipment (telephone, copy machine, calculator, computer). Good visual acuity and ability to communicate. Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, and retrieve objects weighing a minimum of 30 pounds; assistance may be required for heavier tasks. Compliance and Skills Adheres to the company Standards of Business Conduct; maintains current licensure and/or certifications if applicable. Ability to speak, read, write, and communicate effectively; detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines; able to work independently with minimal supervision. Environmental and Work Expectations Indoor, temperature-controlled, smoke-free environment; occasional outdoor exposure. Exposure to blood and body fluids may be required. May work weekdays and/or weekends, evenings, or night shifts; may be required to work on holidays or disaster events as needed.
