Call for Salary Rate - Job Summary: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Support patient comfort, safety, and well-being while adhering to facility policies and healthcare regulations. Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders. Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team. Document patient care activities thoroughly and in compliance with regulatory standards. Assist with patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care. Ensure infection control practices are maintained and PPE protocols are followed. Qualifications: Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Maine. Current CPR/BLS certification. Previous experience in LTC or SNF environments preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Commitment to maintaining patient safety and confidentiality.
