An organization in Illinois is seeking a Family Practice Physician to provide primary care in an outpatient clinical setting. Responsibilities
- Responsible for all the primary care needs of patients

Compensation
- Generous compensation package
- Quarterly RVU bonuses
- $50k sign-on bonus
- Relocation reimbursement
- Generous loan repayment
- Salary between $220k to $260k DOE

- Board certified in family medicine
- Suboxone certification
