Seeking a strategic and inspirational leader, the full-time Senior Marketing Director will manage and grow the Marketing Services business remotely, focusing on team leadership, strategic client consulting, and integrating AI and data-driven innovations to enhance service offerings. Key responsibilities: Lead and mentor functional teams to meet performance goals and adapt to client needs Serve as a strategic partner to clients, developing actionable marketing transformation strategies Oversee revenue and profit management, ensuring operational efficiency and performance oversight Required qualifications: 7-12+ years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in B2B SaaS or multi-product platforms 10+ years of experience in managed services, marketing agency, and digital marketing strategy Strong operational understanding of scaling service businesses and managing margins Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels including paid ads, SEO, and content strategy Proven leadership skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and inspire a team
