Our growth has created an exciting opportunity: we're looking for an experienced National Sales Trainer & Coach who can help take our sales organization to the next level.We're not looking for someone who simply delivers presentations, checks training boxes, or teaches sales theory.We're looking for someone who knows how to turn good salespeople into great ones.The OpportunityPicture yourself traveling to one of our Guardian markets, spending the morning alongside a sales representative during an in-home consultation, and seeing firsthand how they connect with customers.You notice opportunities they might not see. Maybe they're rushing through discovery, missing an important buying signal, or struggling to confidently communicate the value of our products.After the appointment, you sit down together, review what happened, and develop a plan to improve.A few weeks later, that same representative is closing more business, earning more money, and approaching every appointment with greater confidence.That's what success looks like in this role.You'll work directly with our Chief Sales Officer to build a consistent, high-performing sales culture across every Guardian market.What You'll BuildDuring your first 90 days, you'll have the opportunity to create something that will shape Guardian's future: our standardized national sales training and certification program.You'll develop a structured onboarding experience that gives every new sales representative the knowledge, tools, and confidence to succeed.That includes online learning modules, knowledge assessments covering Guardian's history, products, and pricing, and practical certification demonstrating mastery of our sales system.Your goal is simple: whether someone joins Guardian in Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, or another market, they receive the same exceptional training and preparation.And because building this program is a major priority, we're offering a $5,000 one-time bonus for successfully completing and launching the approved curriculum within your first 90 days.How You'll Make an ImpactOnce the training foundation is established, your influence will extend across our entire sales organization.You'll spend time in the field conducting ride-alongs, observing sales demonstrations, coaching existing representatives, and helping new hires become productive faster.You'll use real performance data to identify opportunities, develop targeted coaching plans, and measure improvement.You'll also lead structured training sessions, maintain our curriculum, document coaching activities in a shared training system, and partner with sales leadership to continuously improve the customer experience.We believe great coaching produces measurable results.
