Number of Beds : 6 Patient Ratios : Varies on Acuity. Adult only Unit staffing description: Charge Nurse, RN’s, Nurse Externs, Paramedics. Type of equipment: Alaris Iv Pumps, Hill-Rom beds and call light system, GE Cardiac monitoring equipment Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: 3 weekend shifts in a 4-week scheduling period Floating policy: Float to like units. ICU/PCU/CCU. Agency staff first to float when needed. Patient Experience requirements: Uphold our mission and values. Treat every patient as their own. Courtesy and Respect is a top priority. Must adhere to Bedside Shift report requirements. Requested Skill Set ICU background. Preferred Burn Experience. NIH Certified CRRT Training Hemodynamic Monitoring Hemodynamic drip titration profiecent Must have : Experience with ICU level of care. Burn experience preferred. Must be BLS, ALC, and TNCC certified. Cardiac rhythm proficient. Advanced skills needed : NIH, CRRT training. ABLS certification preferred. Hemodynamic trained. Procedures performed on unit : Debridement, dressing changes, Line insertion, Chest tube insertions and maintenance. Post-op procedural care. Mixed acuity level department ICU/PCU/TELE/M/S level of patient.
