Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$1958.40/week -

Job Summary:

The ER RN provides high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. This role requires a strong clinical background, critical thinking, and proficiency in emergency protocols to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patients quickly upon arrival to determine urgency and prioritize care.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed, following clinical standards.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient vital signs and react promptly to changes in condition.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  
  
• 
  Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately.
  
  
• 
  Comply with all healthcare regulations, certifications, and facility policies.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Must possess 18 months of recent ER experience, including travel experience.
  
  
• 
  Hold a valid permanent Ohio license or compact license at the time of submission.
  
  
• 
  Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; TNCC preferred.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work every other holiday shift, with flexibility for day shift hours.
  
  
• 
  Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
