This urban oasis offers private cabanas, full cocktail service, a swim‑up bar, and a warm‑weather menu. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures. Adhere to federal, state and local regulations concerning health safety or other compliance requirements. Supervise day‑to‑day activities of one or more food and/or beverage outlets or the assigned portion of the operation. Plan and organize work. Communicate and enforce policies and procedures. Recommend and/or initiate salary, disciplinary, or other staffing‑related actions in accordance with company rules and policies. Alert management of potentially serious issues. Ensure all staff is properly trained and certified and has the tools and equipment needed to carry out their job functions. Greet guests upon arrival and respond to complaints, implementing service recovery guidelines to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist in creating innovative programs and promotions to market special menu items, increase sales, and attract guests. Help develop and implement new menus and local food and beverage marketing programs, and maintain system‑wide marketing programs. Monitor performance through analysis of guest feedback and financial results, initiating corrective action as needed. Maintain procedures to secure and properly store inventory, equipment, finances, and replenish supplies efficiently while minimizing waste and controlling costs. Achieve budgeted revenues, control expenses and labor costs, and maximize profitability in all areas of the food and beverage outlet(s). Assist in preparing the annual operating budget supporting the overall objectives of the outlet(s). Ensure all restaurant equipment is in proper operational condition and cleaned regularly. Ensure all restaurant facilities are cleaned, vacuumed, and properly stocked according to business volumes. Coordinate special events scheduled for the venue. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1–2 years of restaurant management experience in a full‑service restaurant, nightclub, or similar setting. Hospitality Management degree or some college preferred. Fluent English; other languages preferred. Strong communication, writing, and reading skills for customer interaction, paperwork, and management reports. Proficiency with basic math, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances. Problem‑solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational, and training abilities. Relevant certifications: alcohol‑awareness, food‑service permit, or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state authorities. Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. Physical ability to lift or carry up to 75 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, and move around the outlet safely and efficiently. Equal Opportunity Employer.
