Director of Underwriting Appetite & Standards

WCF Insurance Company

WCF Insurance, headquartered in Sandy, Utah, seeks a Director of Underwriting Appetite & Standards to lead the underwriting standards function. The role oversees guideline development, QA, and governance across diverse portfolios, while collaborating with Product, Actuarial, Claims, and Sales to drive profitable growth.

The position requires 8–10 years of progressive underwriting experience with strong regulatory knowledge, CPCU preferred, and relocation considerations may apply.
