The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant with a passion for delivering top-notch healthcare. If you're interested in utilizing evidence-based treatments and working alongside experienced Physical Therapists to help restore our patients' health and quality of life, then we are looking for you.

Job Responsibilities:
* Assist in the implementation of individualized therapy programs as directed by the Physical Therapist.
* Observe patients before, during, and after therapy, noting patients' status and reporting to a Physical Therapist.
* Help patients do specific exercises as part of the plan of care.
* Use technology and equipment to assist with therapy.
* Communicate with patients and their families regarding therapy goals and progress.

Desired qualifications:
* Valid California Physical Therapist Assistant license. (Or Pending)
* Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
* Orthopedic and Geriatric experience.
* Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality.
* Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves (Not Required):
* 2-3 years of clinical experience in physical therapy.
* Experience in out-patient physical therapy setting.
* Experience with Neurological cases.
* Experience with electronic health records and digital documentation.
