Instead of serving coffee, you'll be leading songs, games, obstacle courses, birthday parties, and celebrating every little victory with babies, toddlers, and young kids. You're dependable and show up when people count on you. What We're Looking For A genuine love for children. Availability for 25+ hours each week , including some weekends. Someone who's coachable and excited to learn. Confidence speaking and performing in front of groups. Willingness to help clean and keep our gym safe. Positive energy and leadership. Bonus points if you've done dance, theater, sports, fitness—or if you're simply the coworker who always keeps morale high. What's in It for You?
