Your responsibilities will center around:Welcoming and assisting prospective residentsConducting property tours and showcasing available apartmentsManaging inquiries and generating leasing trafficQualifying applicants and preparing lease agreementsCoordinating move-ins and ensuring a smooth onboarding experienceSupporting lease renewals and resident retention effortsYour work will play a key role in maintaining high occupancy levels and creating a positive community experience for residents.What We're Looking ForAt least 1 year of residential leasing experience preferredBilingual in Spanish is requiredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailA positive, dependable, and team-oriented mindsetFamiliarity with Yardi or similar property management software is a plusAbout MAXX PropertiesFounded in 1936, MAXX Properties is a nationally recognized owner and operator of multifamily apartment communities.
