Part Time Meat Cutter - Apprentice Job

Performance Food Group is seeking a Meat Cutter Apprentice to support warehouse meat processing operations. In this role, you will learn to accurately cut, trim, and portion meat products to spec while maintaining strict food safety and quality standards. Working in a refrigerated warehouse, you’ll assist with labeling, wrapping, and staging orders for distribution to restaurants, schools, healthcare, and retail customers. You’ll be trained on safe knife and equipment use, sanitation procedures, inventory rotation, and adherence to production goals.
