Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile

• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly

• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Work in outdoor weather conditions on a constant basis
• Handle cash, registers, credit cards, and coupons responsibly and according to the procedures set forth by Chick-fil-A
• Prepare food and drinks for guests according to applicable safety and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Other duties as assigned

• Weekly availability of 15 hours minimum
• Availability to work 2-10:30pm weekend nights is mandatory (Fri/Sat)

Most Chick-fil-A Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
