Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Therapist at Real Therapy. The Therapist will conduct individual telehealth sessions, provide evidence-based interventions, and develop personalized treatment plans based on each client’s goals and needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing intake assessments, maintaining accurate and timely documentation, coordinating care with other providers when appropriate, and monitoring client progress over time. The Therapist will engage clients in a genuine, empathetic manner, uphold professional and ethical standards, and participate in team meetings or case consultations as needed. Qualifications Ability to build authentic therapeutic relationships, demonstrate empathy, and maintain strong professional boundaries. Proficiency in conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and using evidence‑based therapeutic modalities. Strong skills in active listening, clear written and verbal communication, and collaborative problem‑solving. Comfort with telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and working independently in a remote environment. Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field. Current, clinical license (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LP, or equivalent) in applicable jurisdiction, or license eligibility. Experience providing individual therapy to diverse populations; commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive care.
