Store Manager As Store Manager , you’ll lead the store with passion, commercial focus, and strong brand ownership. Acting as the ultimate Brand Ambassador, you’ll drive performance, elevate service standards, and build a high-performing, engaged team that consistently delivers an exceptional customer experience. This role combines commercial vision, leadership, and operational excellence to maximise profitability while protecting the brand and service environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the store to achieve and exceed sales, KPI, and profitability targets. Act as a brand ambassador, bringing core values to life on the shop floor. Analyse performance reports to identify opportunities and take commercial action. Build and develop a high-performing team through recruitment, coaching, and feedback. Drive customer loyalty and CRM engagement while ensuring GDPR compliance. Maintain outstanding store standards, visual merchandising, and operational compliance. Oversee in-store events and activations in collaboration with head office teams. Ensure a best‑in‑class customer experience through strong service leadership. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader. Strong commercial and analytical skills with a results‑driven mindset. Confident people leader with a track record of developing high‑performing teams. Passion for service excellence and customer experience.
