Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in property management, outstanding leadership skills, and a deep understanding of real estate operations. The Senior Property Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation, financial performance, and overall success of our properties while upholding high standards of tenant satisfaction. They will lead by example, fostering a culture of tenant hospitality throughout the team. Key Responsibilities Tenant Relations: Cultivate positive tenant relationships through proactive communication, conflict resolution, and superior customer service. Property Operations: Direct and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure maintenance, security, and cleanliness standards are consistently met. Lease Administration: Manage lease agreements, including negotiation, renewal, and enforcement of lease terms. Financial Management: Develop and oversee property budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures. Team Leadership: Supervise property management team members and partner/vendor teams, leading in hiring, hospitality and operational training, and performance management. Vendor Management: Select, contract, and oversee vendors and contractors, ensuring alignment with our commitment to tenant hospitality. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations; implement effective risk management protocols. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in real estate, facilities management, business administration, or related field (preferred). Industry educational/experience certification (e.g., MCR, CFM) (preferred). 10+ years of experience in directing property management, with a strong record of team management and client satisfaction. Profound knowledge of real estate and leasing practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to analyze financial statements, budgets, and operating expenses. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management software and reporting systems (e.g., Yardi, Building Engines, PowerBI).
